Thursday..
An entire day spent writing a paper on Baudelaire’s Paris Spleen. It’s very French and antisocial.
Friday..
Chilled out for 10 minutes at a Halo 3 event in Olin Hall before heading to collegetown for dinner. There was a tournament going on; it looked like CS but with better graphics.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday..

More Solar Decathlon action, we took down the scaffolding, the interior is still incomplete, we had a, urhmm, jacking session over the weekend, where we lifted the house by a few feet in order to rest it on the big truck.

Matt (who’s also transferring from BEE to MechE, woohoo) working the jack while Myra hit the wedges in.

And now it’s ready to go. It’s going to be awesome watching this go on the road, as it’s going to take up more than a single lane, but not as awesome as the fact that the Spanish and German teams shipped their house across the Atlantic a month and a half ago. Man, I’m seriously considering going to DC for two weekends instead of just one, partly because I hear that there’s going to be booze there and also because all my friends will be there.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday..

Worked on the poster for Makanmania, which is the biggest SSA thing there is. I think it’s not bad for three days of work.
